Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Please review the product description, materials, measurements, and size information before ordering.

These variations do not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Any special conditions for a product, including personalized items, will be stated in its description or agreed upon before purchase.

Our designs and website content

Warda Designs’ original artwork, designs, photographs, logos, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or grant permission to reproduce it commercially.

Customer reviews

Leaving a review is voluntary. If you opt in at checkout, we may email you an invitation to review your purchase. Receiving an invitation does not require you to submit a review.

We welcome honest feedback, positive or negative. Reviews should reflect your own experience. Please do not include private information, spam, threats, harassment, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

We may moderate reviews for these reasons. We do not reject a review simply because it is critical or has a low rating.

Review photos and videos

Only upload content you own or have permission to share, including permission from anyone identifiable in it.

You retain ownership of your review and uploaded content. By submitting it, you give Warda Designs nonexclusive permission to display it alongside your review on our website. We will request separate permission before using your photos or videos in advertising.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Changes apply going forward. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.
